Financial ReportsThe Organization for Computational Neurosciences is incorporated under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue code and is exempt from national taxation. The Organization is further exempt from state taxes in the state of California. Dr. Brian Mulloney is the agent of record for the Organization, and is so listed on the California Statement of Information, which is filed each year. It is required that the Organization file both state and national taxes each year, confirming its status as a non-profit corporation. The Organization has engaged the firm of Moss-Adams LLP of San Francisco, CA as its tax accountant. No retainer fee is charged. The treasurer files the financial report. The bank account of the OCNS is Bank of America in St. Louis, Missouri. The bank account is managed by the Treasurer. All financial reports as approved by the Board of Directors at its annual meeting are available to the public on this site.
