CNS*2021 Online: Registration Fees

Different rates are charged for Students, Postdocs/Non-profile employees, and Faculty/For-profit employees. OCNS Members receive large reductions in each category. You can apply to become a member here. The total for membership fees + meeting registration for members is usually lower than meeting registration for non members. 

Early registration ends 24th June, 2021 after which the late registration fees are charged.

Payment

Registration through this website opens on April 1st, 2021. Payment should be made by credit card or check (complete payment only) in US dollars. Checks should be sent to OCNS and arrive within two weeks of registration. You will receive two e-mails from the submission system ([email protected]): one to confirm the submission of your form; another with the invoice. Please include the necessary information in the provided fields to ensure that the invoice is generated correctly. Please contact the OCNS Treasurer for any other queries related to the payment. Certificates of attendance can be requested from the Registration Chair.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Registration/Optional Fees

70% refund if cancelled by June 25, 2021.
No refund if cancelled after June 25, 2021.

We are unable to provide refunds. Please e-mail us to request a cancellation. Costs for bank wire transfers may be charged.

Please do note that becoming a member after registration is not a valid reason for cancellation. We will not be able to refund registration fees in this case.
